David Garrard

David Douglas Garrard is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League for twelve seasons. He played college football for the East Carolina University Pirates. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft, and served as the team's starting quarterback from 2007 to 2010.
